I am not a tax expert, global or otherwise. If your interest is limited to the UK, I would think that you could find help in virtually any city near the coasts of the US, as UK interaction is quite common. If you were asking about Uzbekistan or Laos or Ivory Coast that would be different.

Check with a decent size accounting firm in your area. If they cannot help, they should be able to refer you very quickly.
